Das Amt für Informatik des Kantons Thurgau sucht per August 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/ einen Network Engineer Welche Aufgaben erwarten Dich
-
Betrieb, Optimierung und strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer hochverfügbaren Netzwerk-Infrastruktur (Cisco Catalyst, Nexus)
(Teil-)Projektleitung bei komplexen Architektur- und Migrationsprojekten
Planung und Umsetzung von VLAN-Segmentierung, Micro-Segmentation und Zero-Trust-Netzwerken
Eigenverantwortliches Incident- und Change-Management (2nd-, 3rd-Level-Fokus) sowie Automatisierung von Routineprozessen
Gelegentliche Bereitschaft zu Pikettdienst
Welches Profil solltest Du mitbringen
Höhere Fachausbildung (HF/FH) in Informatik oder vergleichbare tiefgreifende Praxiserfahrung
Langjährige Erfahrung im Engineering komplexer Enterprise- oder Datacenter-Netzwerke
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Routing- und Switching-Protokollen (z. B. BGP, OSPF) sowie Netzwerksicherheit (VPN, NAC, VxLAN, SGT)
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten im Troubleshooting
Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude am Wissensaustausch
