In this role, you ensure stable day-to-day operations, manage operational incidents, and continuously improve internal logistics processes. Your focus is on ensuring operational reliability while driving process simplification, automation, and efficiency. YOUR CHALLENGE:

Manage daily operational issues and incidents across the fulfillment organization
• ��
Coordinate resolution activities between internal stakeholders, external specialists, and logistics partners
• ��
Lead root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
• ��
Improve and automate operational processes and workflows
• ��
Monitor operational performance and identify process improvement opportunities
• ��
Maintain operational procedures, controls, and documentation
• ��
Support business continuity and operational stability initiatives YOUR SKILLS:
• ��
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent
• ��
Experience in operations management, incident management, or process improvement
• ��
Strong understanding of operational workflows and service management, including SAP/ERP systems
• ��
Experience driving process optimization and automation initiatives, including process design and workflow optimization
• ��
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• ��
Excellent coordination and communication skills
• ��
