• �� Strengthening employee engagement and belonging through meaningful initiatives that connect people across sites and communities.
• �� Creating engaging communication moments, campaigns, events, and digital content that inspire participation and shared purpose.
• �� Listening to employees and turning community insights (e.g. through surveys) into relevant actions that improve the employee experience.
• �� Building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels to connect people needs with business priorities.
• �� Facilitating conversations and translating complex topics into clear, accessible messages that build understanding and momentum.
• �� Delivering initiatives with structure, creativity, and quality to create visible impact for employees and the organization.

• �� Bringing strong experience in employee engagement, internal communications, community management, events, or related community-building fields.
• �� Applying creativity, storytelling, and digital communication skills to design engaging formats, campaigns, and content.
• �� Using strong project management and organizational skills to deliver several initiatives in parallel with quality and impact.
• �� Collaborating confidently with diverse stakeholders, including leaders, while influencing with diplomacy and a solution-oriented mindset.
• �� Communicating fluently in English; working proficiency in French is a strong asset.
