Your mission will be to accelerate operational performance and drive sustainable improvements across our global manufacturing network. You'll make a difference by collaborating closely with local factory teams, R&D experts, and corporate stakeholders. What will make you successful
• �� Bringing experience in a factory environment, such as production, quality, engineering, or related manufacturing functions. Previous line management experience is a plus.
• �� Applying strong project leadership and problem-solving skills to deliver meaningful business improvements.
• �� Using coaching and influencing capabilities to engage, develop, and support diverse teams.
• �� Embracing a highly international role that combines extensive travel, long-term factory assignments, and collaboration with diverse teams across different cultures and markets.
• �� Communicating fluently in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
