• �� Leading the end-to-end execution of industrialisation projects of coffee machine solutions, ensuring successful delivery from development through commercial launch.
• �� Driving project plans, governance, budgets, milestones and technical reviews to deliver results on time, on quality and at scale.
• �� Coordinating cross-functional teams and external machine manufacturing partners to remove obstacles, align priorities and accelerate execution.
• �� Transforming product complexity into robust, scalable manufacturing solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and operational performance.
• �� Managing technical, operational and supply risks to ensure smooth product introductions and secure business continuity.
• �� Delivering continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives that strengthen industrial performance, product quality and long-term manufacturing capabilities.
