Your ResponsibilitiesExecute formulation development projectsfor solid, liquid, and semi-solid pharmaceutical dosage forms (oral, topical) in alignment with project timelines and departmental objectivesPerform analytical testingincluding particle size analysis (Nano & CamSizer), microscopy, rheological assessments, thermal analysis (DSC), water activity measurements, and dissolution/disintegration testingPrepare comprehensive technical documentation, including formulation reports and manufacturing batch records for development processesSupport scale-up activitiesand technology transfer of formulations from laboratory to production scaleDevelop and maintain laboratory documentationsuch as work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and calibration protocolsEnsure equipment functionalitythrough regular maintenance and proper handling of laboratory instrumentsMaintain laboratory standardsby following established safety protocols, ensuring cleanliness, proper labeling, and safe handling of active pharmaceutical ingredientsCollaborate effectivelywithin a small, dedicated team environment and contribute innovative ideas to laboratory operations

Completed vocational training(Ausbildung) as Laboratory Technician, Chemical Technician, or similar pharmaceutical/chemical
--- QUALIFICATIONS ---
