Site Manager, 100%
Location: Switzerland / Travel: 30 %
Your responsibilities:

Prepare the site for the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground cable systems, including low and high-voltage electrical cables and accessories

• ��
  
Plan, organize, and allocate work to team members, ensuring timely completion of tasks

• ��
  
Provide hands-on training, guidance, and support to team members

• ��
  
Inspect and assess job sites to ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations and company policies

• ��
  
Coordinate with other teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

• ��
  
Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment needed for jointing projects

• ��
  
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during jointing operations

• ��
  
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations

• ��
  
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks

• ��
  
Monitor and evaluate team performance
Your profile:

• ��
  
Technical degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field

• ��
  
Several years of experience in cable construction, preferably in high-voltage systems

• ��
  
Proven experience as a Jointer / Site Manager in the electrical industry

• ��
  
Strong technical knowledge of jointing techniques, tools, and equipment.

• ��
  
Solid knowledge of applicable standards, regulations, and safety requirements

• ��
  
Leadership skills and strong organizational abilities

• ��
  
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

• ��
  
Good English, German is a plus

• ��
  
Willingness to travel and work on construction sites

• ��
  
Driving car licence
