In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:
Medical Affairs Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge Management

• €¢
  
Ensure in the screening and appraisal of scientific literature and the provision of medical watch analysis (from registries, conferences) in collaboration with peers, with focus on anatomy, techniques, and products, to support the understanding of current practice and emerging trends in facial aesthetic medicine.

• €¢
  
Coordinate and write medical writing activities including the State-of-the-Art, in collaboration with other functions and provide medical writing service.

• €¢
  
Be capable of extrapolating the evidence into simple presentations for internal customers.
Medical information and Library service

• €¢
  
Provide regular Medical Information service according to Teoxane QMS Procedures.

• €¢
  
Collaborate in the development of AI-based medical data extraction to be implemented in updated standardize medical information response.

• €¢
  
Provide support in the updating of tools (e.g., MedQueries) to deliver assets for training and objection handling to markets.

• €¢
  
Liaise with other functions and ensure the provision of library service for internal and external requests as part of medical information and in the respect of copyrights.
Publications

• €¢
  
Coordinate the activity of different authors and of medical writing agencies to accelerate medical publications on Teoxane products and serve as medical writer.

• €¢
  
Collaborate with peers in the review of press releases as well as other medical materials to value the published data.
Your profile:

• €¢
  
Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, or pharmacy (PhD, MD, PharmD).

• €¢
  
Minimum 7 years of proven experience in a similar role. Experience in aesthetic medicine is an asset.

Excellent medical writing, medical compliance knowledge and communication skills.

• €¢
  
Excellent organizational skills, flexibility and cross-functional collaboration.

• €¢
  

Fluency in English (C1), additional languages are a plus.
