Contributing to cloud and security topics as well as to the assessment and management of IT related risks. •
Advancing the data organization by defining responsibilities, establishing clear governance structures and promoting data quality. •
Organizing training sessions and information formats for the introduction of new technologies and to strengthen digital collaboration within the company. Process optimization & efficiency improvements
Conducting due diligence assessments in collaboration with relevant departments. •
Maintaining and further developing professional relationships with external service partners. Procurement, contract and compliance support
Coordinating legally relevant aspects of contracts in alignment with internal experts. Business continuity & inventory
Ensuring the accuracy and proper structuring of the IT inventory. Digitalization projects
QUALIFICATIONS
. •
Approximately 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in IT operations, data management, governance or process optimization. •
Broad technical understanding with interest in IT operations, data management and process design. •
Initial knowledge in cloud technologies, outsourcing or IT risks is an advantage. •
High level of initiative, structured working style and ability to independently prioritize tasks. •
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders. •
Excellent German and English skills. •
Strong affinity for emerging technologies and hands-on expertise with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data-driven solutions; ability to identify pragmatic AI use cases to improve processes, data quality and decision-making. •
Familiarity with modern IT systems and tools (e. Azure or AWS, ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, data governance solutions, Microsoft 365, Jira) is a strong asset. •
Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT, and/or cloud certifications are considered a plus; experience in a regulated environment (financial services/insurance) is an advantage.
