Maîtrise de Rust, Python et technologies web comme Angular. •
Expérience avec Linux/Proxmox et infrastructures cloud. About Synature
Synature is a startup building state-of-the-art systems for animal sound monitoring. Our product consists of fully autonomous smart microphones (currently finishing version 4. 0) that stream audio from the field, various AI models that decode animal vocalizations and a web application that visualizes the results. The goal is to make nature more measurable. We have active projects on four different continents. Your Role
You'll build the platform that turns a million hours of audio into a real-time map of life on Earth. Own it from design to production as Full-Stack Engineer at Synature. You will develop new features and work across the whole software lifecycle, brainstorm, maintain and troubleshoot backend infrastructure and optimize performance bottlenecks.



YOUR PROFILE


We are looking for candidates that have 5+ years industry experience and have worked on building high-functioning and robust systems. You should be able to adapt quickly to new environments and technologies. •
BSc or MSc Computer Science or related discipline

Solid understanding of systems, databases and networks

Proficient in Rust, Python and web technologies (Angular)

Experience working with Linux/Proxmox and cloud infrastructure

Problem-solver, self-starting, comfortable with startup pace

Collaborative team player with strong sense of ownership

Fluent in English (German additional bonus)
