Purpose of the Role
Enable the Legal & Compliance team to operate efficiently in an international industrial environment by supporting contract work, compliance processes, and legal research. The role offers hands‑on involvement in real legal matters within a small team, providing direct exposure to the legal complexities of a global high‑tech manufacturing business. Key Responsibilities

Review and draft standard commercial agreements. •
Support contract redlining, document comparisons, and clarification of contract language. •
Conduct legal research in areas such as trade compliance, export controls, and regulatory



REQUIREMENTS

Assist with internal compliance activities, including data privacy and corporate governance. •
Prepare routine internal documents such as meeting minutes, templates, and short memos. •
Maintain legal databases, contract records, and clause libraries. •
Support risk‑related research regarding liability, suppliers, and product‑specific obligations. •
Collaborate with internal departments when legal or documentation questions arise. •
Assist with day‑to‑day administrative and legal coordination tasks.



QUALIFICATIONS

Enrollment in a Master's or PhD program in Law. •
Strong analytical and research skills with high attention to detail. •
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. •
Structured and reliable working style. •
Motivation to take ownership of tasks, willingness to learn quickly, and the ability to proactively contribute in a small, hands‑on Legal team. •
