SENIOR MANAGER CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS
SCOPE OF THE ROLE
In this role, you will define and drive Capri Sun’s global strategy across external and internal communications, with a clear focus on reputation, business priorities and effective issue management. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping consistent narratives and ensuring strong positioning across markets and channels. A key part of this role is leading and controlling external communications and media relations, proactively shaping narratives, anticipating risks and handling sensitive topics with sound judgement and disciplined messaging. Drive employee engagement through clear internal communications and ensure impact through structured performance tracking and continuous optimisation. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and execute the global corporate communications strategy aligned with business priorities

• €¢
  
Advise CEO and Executive Committee on positioning, messaging and reputation

• €¢
  
Lead and drive external communications and media relations, building strong relationships with key journalists and stakeholders

• €¢
  
Proactively shape media narratives and manage sensitive topics with strong judgement and message discipline

• €¢
  
Translate complex topics (business, regulatory) into clear and credible messaging

• €¢
  
Ensure consistent communication across markets and provide guidance to key regions

• €¢
  
Own internal communications, ensuring clear, relevant and aligned messaging across the organisation

• €¢
  
Lead key formats (e. town halls) and drive employee engagement

• €¢
  
Oversee issue-related communication as part of broader corporate communications

• €¢
  
Track communication effectiveness using clear KPIs and regularly report to Executive Management



YOUR PROFILE



• €¢
  
Degree in Communications, Marketing or similar

• €¢
  
7+ years of experience in corporate communications in an international environment

• €¢
  
Strong media instincts and judgement with proven experience in managing external communications and working with journalists

• €¢
  
Ability to anticipate media dynamics, handle sensitive information and ensure disciplined and well-controlled messaging

• €¢
  
Experience advising senior stakeholders in complex or sensitive situations

• €¢
  
Fluency in English and German, French is a plus

• €¢
  
Strategic, hands-on and results-driven with a structured and resilient working style

• €¢
  
Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI-driven communication management

• €¢
  
Experience in FMCG / food & beverage is a plus
