Lead end-to-end audits of financial statements for asset managers, private equity firms, and private markets funds in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, Lux GAAO and Swiss GAAP (OR / Swiss GAAP FER), overseeing planning, execution, and completion

Drive the audit of complex investment valuations across all asset classes including private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate, ensuring technical rigor and thoroughness

Manage SEC filing

Your Skill Set

A university degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; completion of a Swiss CPA (dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer:in), US CPA, ACCA, or equivalent



QUALIFICATIONS

5-8 years of audit experience for Manager level; 8+ years for Senior Manager level, with a demonstrable track record in asset management, private equity, or private markets at a Big 4 or comparable firm

• €¢
  
Deep technical expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and/or Lux GAAP and Swiss GAAP (OR, Swiss GAAP FER), with proven background managing SEC filings and applying PCAOB standards

• €¢
  
Strong understanding of private markets investment structures, fund accounting, and the valuation of illiquid assets across asset classes

• €¢
  
Familiarity with FINMA regulatory
