Our client is a highly successful global consumer goods company headquartered in Zurich. To strengthen the Group Internal Audit team, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious professional with a strong audit background and the drive to develop within an international environment. This role offers excellent exposure to senior management, cross-functional projects, and long-term career progression opportunities within the wider organisation. Your tasks

• €¢
  
Lead and execute risk-based operational and financial audits across international subsidiaries

• €¢
  
Assess business processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency to identify improvement opportunities

• €¢
  
Develop and maintain global audit methodologies, programs, policies, and tools

• €¢
  
Partner with business stakeholders and senior management across functions and regions

• €¢
  
Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors regarding audit findings and remediation activities

• €¢
  
Prepare high-quality audit reports with practical recommendations and present findings to management

• €¢
  
Monitor implementation of agreed corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives

• €¢
  
Contribute to strategic and special projects at Group level



YOUR PROFILE



• €¢
  
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• €¢
  
Swiss CPA or ACA

• €¢
  
Several years of experience in External Audit within a Big4 or international audit environment

• €¢
  
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• €¢
  
Ability to build relationships across all organisational levels while maintaining professional independence

• €¢
  
Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented personality

• €¢
  
Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage

• €¢
  
Willingness to travel internationally (approximately up to 40–50%)
