Leading software development teams for platform and machine-control projects

Coordination of competence center resources together with project management

• €¢
  
Technical and methodological guidance and active support in development efforts

Communication with management stakeholders as well as technical teams

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field

• €¢
  
At least 7 years of experience in OT/ICS development or industrial automation

• €¢
  
Proven experience in leading OT projects and teams

• €¢
  
In-depth knowledge of PLC and IPC based development projects: Experience in industrial environments (automation, mechanical engineering, robotics) and in machine and personal security, solid knowledge of software development with C and C++, Knowledge of embedded Linux, Experience with field bus protocols (EtherCAT, CANopen etc. ), Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
