Head of Sales EU/US
As Head of Sales EU/US, you will shape and drive Sateco’s commercial growth strategy across Europe and the Americas. In this highly visible leadership role, you will combine strategic business development with hands-on customer engagement, strengthen key international partnerships, and further expand our presence within the global automotive industry. Reporting directly to the CSO, you will lead an international sales team and play a key role in building a proactive, performance-driven sales organization focused on sustainable growth and long-term customer success. Job Location: Preferably based in the DACH-Region with regular travel to the US. Date of entry: By mutual agreement

Deliver ambitious revenue, margin, and growth targets. Drive customer penetration and lead complex commercial negotiations with key accounts. •
Coordinate global account management activities closely with teams in Asia. •
