Our Focus team is responsible for building and maintaining the core system that serves central data, business processes, and web services for Interhome Group. This system is used by internal teams to manage data, create contracts, oversee objects and owners, and support the guest journey. Your future contribution
As a Product Owner on the Focus team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the entire company, given that most core processes are powered by the Focus system. You will gain a deep understanding of the business processes and customer journeys enabled by your team. Together with the tech team you discuss the business

and the tech team will then plan and estimate the technical implementation. You will closely collaborate with the Engineering Manager and the tech lead of the team. You will support the team in strategically finding ways to empower the business while incrementally migrating to a new tech architecture. Maintain focus on migrating to the new tech architecture to improve company velocity, balancing this with stakeholder management and incoming requests. •
Drive strong prioritization, identifying quick wins and commonalities across teams and initiatives. •
Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring it is visible and transparent to the team, other tech teams, and the whole company. •
Foster a data-driven culture, using insights to inform product decisions and measure success. •
Define and communicate clear product goals and priorities for the development team. •
Collaborate with the engineering manager to plan, monitor, and ensure the implementation of product features. •
Lead agile meetings such as refinements, sprint planning, review, and retrospective to review progress and make adjustments. •
Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, test and approve the implementation of features from the team. You’ll be successful in this role if you have
Strong prioritization skills, ensuring decisions are made in the best interest of the company, not a single stakeholder. •
Strong communication skills and empathy to understand stakeholder needs and communicate "no" effectively, finding ways to enable stakeholders without extensive development effort. •

REQUIREMENTS
to the team and collaborate with them and the Engineering Manager for estimation, planning, and reliable delivery. •
Curiosity and a strong interest in learning Interhome's business processes and the travel industry generally. •
Experience with or an openness to working with a complex, 25-year-old SAP-based system and interest to learn about it and connection to other tooling
