As an Senior IT Security Architect, you'll join the IT Security Architecture & Operations team with the objective of aligning business goals with IT security



REQUIREMENTS


. You will define security and architecture targets and standards, design robust systems, and guide technology decisions that keep the organization resilient against evolving threats. We are looking for an experienced and motivated leadership personality to strengthen our team based in Bioggio (near Lugano) - to start immediately or as agreed. Responsibilities

Define and maintain enterprise IT security architecture standards, frameworks, and guidelines

• €¢
  
Ensure compliance with regulatory, and industry best practice standards (PCI-DSS, NIST CSF)

• €¢
  
Design and review IT systems, applications, and infrastructure by translating business



REQUIREMENTS


into secure technical solutions, applying principles such as Zero Trust, Defense in Depth and Integrated with Automated Detect & Response



QUALIFICATIONS



• €¢
  
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information security

• €¢
  
Master's degree in cybersecurity, IT architecture, or equivalent specialization

• €¢
  
5 years of proven experience as an IT Security Architect or in a similar senior security or Architecture role

• €¢
  
Leadership personality and capability at structured analysis and abstraction

• €¢
  
Parcours professionnel with risk assessments, threat modeling, and security architecture reviews

• €¢
  
Strong communication capabilities and teamwork skills

• €¢
  
Security certifications such as (CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, or equivalent) are a plus

• €¢
  
Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF. Background with PCI-DSS would be a plus

• €¢
  

English is mandatory, with Italian being a strong advantage. German is a plus
