Account Executive Channels (80-100%)
About the Role
Your primary objective is to turn our partner network into a high-performance sales engine. You will be the bridge between Threema and our distributors and resellers, acting as their primary motivator and closer. You will collaborate closely with our Partner Managers and the Strategic Partner Manager to ensure that both standard channel business and large-scale strategic deals efficiently move through the pipeline. Reengage and energize our existing partner base, ensuring they have the necessary tools, knowledge, and motivation to succeed with Threema
Work closely with distributors to manage the deal flow, providing sales support to help them close deals
Monitor and drive the partner pipeline to ensure that monthly and quarterly ARR targets are consistently met
Collaborate with the Strategic Partner Manager on complex deals, providing tactical sales support to bring large-scale collaborations to fruition
Conduct product demos, sales training, and joint customer calls to increase our partners' "win rate. "
Your Skills
You have a natural ability to motivate external teams and help others close deals
You are results-oriented and possess the "hunter" mentality required to maintain a steady pipeline
You are a team player who can transition seamlessly between managing your own channel tasks and supporting high-level strategic projects
You are highly organized and capable of managing dozens of partners and hundreds of leads without losing focus
At least five years of experience in channel sales, account management, or indirect sales within the IT/software sector
Fluent English (written and spoken) is required, strong German skills preferred. Any additional languages are a plus
