About the Role
In this position, you will advise SME and corporate clients on a broad range of financing and banking solutions while acting as a trusted long-term partner to your client base. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and developing an existing portfolio of corporate clients across Eastern Switzerland

Advising clients on financing solutions, credit structures, and broader banking services

• €¢
  
Assessing and structuring credit applications and developing tailored financing concepts

• €¢
  
Taking credit decisions within delegated authority levels

• €¢
  
Building long-term client relationships and actively acquiring new business opportunities

• €¢
  
Expanding and maintaining a strong regional network among entrepreneurs and local stakeholders

• €¢
  
Representing the bank at client meetings, networking events, and regional business functions

• €¢
  
Contributing to strategic initiatives and internal projects where relevant

We are looking for an experienced corporate banking professional with strong relationship management skills and a solid track record in financing advisory within the Swiss market. You will ideally bring:

Several years of experience in corporate banking, with a strong focus on financing and credit advisory

Experience managing and developing client portfolios within the SME and corporate segment

• €¢
  
Strong understanding of credit structuring and risk assessment

• €¢
  
A well-established network within Eastern Switzerland would be advantageous

• €¢
  
A commercial banking background combined with further education in banking, finance, or business administration (HF/FH level or equivalent)

A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with strong client and service orientation

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• €¢
  

Fluency in German is essential
