MISSIONS

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of a Salesforce-based cloud solution (Riskonnect) and additional corporate IT applications. You will act as the key link between business stakeholders, IT, and external suppliers, ensuring high-quality solution design, integration, and delivery aligned with Skyguide's IT strategy. Your tasks:

Own end-to-end software solutions and architecture, ensuring integration within the corporate IT landscape, with a primary focus on Salesforce-based Riskonnect and additional corporate IT applications. •

What we are looking for:

Hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally including Riskonnect, Experience Cloud, and custom applications; willing to learn additional platforms

Strong understanding of user and access management, APIs and integrations, and data models/database

• €¢
  
Experience with software testing, release management, external vendors, and risk management environments is an advantage

• €¢
  
Knowledge of business domains - ATM operational safety, information or physical security, audit, or compliance frameworks - is a strong plus

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate technical topics into business language
