To complement and support our product management team at our head office in Zurich, we are looking for a committed, flexible and effective Business Intelligence Manager (100%). Build and develop a market intelligence function covering certification trends, competitive landscape, and market developments

• €¢
  
Analyse market, customer, and certification data to generate actionable insights for product and strategy teams

• €¢
  
Monitor regulatory and policy developments and assess their impact on OEKO-TEX® standards and business

• €¢
  
Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e. Power BI, Tableau) to track key performance indicators

• €¢
  
Establish data standards, governance, and structures to improve data quality and accessibility

• €¢
  
Partner with product managers and leadership to support strategic decision-making

• €¢
  
Conduct deep-dive analyses (e. market segmentation, pricing, growth opportunities, customer behaviour)

• €¢
  
Support business cases, strategic planning, and investment decisions with data-driven insights



YOUR PROFILE




• €¢
  
5–8 years of experience in business intelligence, strategy, or market analysis

• €¢
  
Strong skills in data visualisation tools (e. Power BI, Tableau) and SQL Experience translating data into clear insights and recommendations for business decisions

• €¢
  
Strong analytical thinking and structured approach

• €¢
  
Experience with data governance and data management frameworks

• €¢
  
Familiarity with sustainability, certification systems, or complex supply chains is a plus

• €¢
  
Experience with Python or R is an advantage Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
