2-year fixed-term contractThe Communication Responsible ensures the visibility and promotion of the Knowledge and Technology Transfer Service’s activities, projects, and events. This role involves strategic planning, content creation, event organization, and coordination of communication initiatives across digital and physical channels, in alignment with the university’s communication guidelines. Communication Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement the communication planAdapt key messages for different audiences and monitor impactDigital Communication & Web PresenceManage website and newsletters; ensure content is up-to-dateOversee social media and create multimedia contentEvent Organization & CommunicationPlan and coordinate events, including logistics and partnersPromote events and handle post-event follow-upCommunication MaterialsDraft and translate texts; oversee design of brochures and visualsMaintain templates and digital communication assetsInternal & External LiaisonServe as main contact for communication-related inquiriesCoordinate with university services and support strategic documentsProfil souhaitéDegree in communication, marketing, public relations, or scientific background with relevant experienceProven experience in digital communication and event organization.
