Regional Tax Director EMEA – 100%
Reporting to the Head Corporate Tax, you will be responsible for overseeing all direct and indirect tax matters across the EMEA region within our in-house environment. This role combines ownership of regional tax activities with contributions to global tax initiatives. It requires a hands-on, business-focused, and forward-looking approach, including driving the digitalization and modernization of the tax function in close collaboration with local finance teams. for this position include a university degree preferably in law, economics, finance, or a related discipline, along with a professional tax
QUALIFICATIONS
(such as tax advisor or equivalent). You should have at least 10 years of relevant experience within a comparable international company. A broad tax background is essential, including the ability to deep-dive into technical topics when required, as well as a strong interest in tax technology, process automation, and digital compliance solutions. You should also be able to translate complex technical tax

into practical, scalable business solutions. We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder-management and communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
