To expand our team at the headquarter in Schlieren we are looking for a highly motivated:
E-Commerce Specialist
As an E-Commerce Specialist, your main goal is to drive online sales and deliver a seamless, engaging digital experience. You will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager, taking ownership of daily website operations, digital visual merchandising, and contributing to strategic and cross-functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Planning & Strategy

Manage the sales calendar in collaboration with different business areas

• €¢
  
Develop initiatives to boost online sales with an omnichannel approach

• €¢
  
Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and revenue
2. Content Management & Digital Visual Merchandising

• €¢
  
Create and optimize user journeys for different customer segments

• €¢
  
Apply digital visual merchandising to improve product presentation and website layout

• €¢
  
Manage website content via CMS and newsletters, ensuring SEO best practices

• €¢
  
Support content creation using tools such as Figma
3. Analytics & Reporting

• €¢
  
Monitor KPIs and analyse website performance

• €¢
  
Prepare reports to identify improvements and support data-driven decisions

Solid e-commerce background with strong execution and optimization skills

Strong interest in e-commerce, web marketing, and IT

• €¢
  
Commercial mindset with problem-solving ability and initiative

• €¢
  
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• €¢
  
Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus
