Perform compliance reviews, monitoring activities, analyses, and controls in the areas of AML/CTF/IS

Monitor and ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal

related to AML/CTF/IS

Advise and support senior management and employees on AML/CTF/IS matters and related projects

Prepare reports for authorities and internal stakeholders

Plan and deliver internal training sessions

Higher education (University / University of Applied Sciences) in law, economics, or an equivalent



QUALIFICATIONS


in AML/CTF/IS

At least 5 years of practical experience in AML monitoring and sanctions-ideally in the insurance sector

• €¢
  
Ability to work independently and remain resilient under pressure

• €¢
  
Fluent command of English and German

• €¢
  
High level of motivation, commitment, and self-discipline

• €¢
  
Willingness to take on responsibility

• €¢
  

Strong team spirit and enjoyment in collaborating with local business units and our Italian group (in English)
