You manage the Curaden Academy mailbox and support the administration of the Academy homepage. •
You coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points. •
You maintain and update contact lists, CRM data, and internal documentation. •
You support administrative accounting tasks, including invoices, budget tracking, and payment follow-up. •
You assist the Academy team with day-to-day coordination and operational support. •
You upload and maintain lecturers, speakers, universities, partners, and HQ events on internal and external platforms. •
You support the coordination of internal trainings and education formats, including room preparation and material handling. •
You collaborate with internal stakeholders and help ensure smooth communication across teams. •
You help keep Academy processes, systems, and documentation structured, reliable, and up to date.
YOUR PROFILE
You have strong organisational and time management skills. •
You work in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way. •
You feel confident working with digital tools, email communication, CRM systems, and documentation platforms. •
You have a proactive, hands-on, and supportive mindset. •
You are able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. •
