About the roleWe are seeking a reliable, detail-orientedNight Auditorto oversee nightly operations, provide excellent guest service, and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a calm, overnight environment. More specifically, responsibilities will include the following:·Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiriesReconcile daily financial transactions and prepare audit reportsMonitor hotel systems and address any operational issues during the night shiftMaintain security and safety by conducting regular property walksRespond to guest needs promptly and professionallyPrepare the front desk area for the next day’s operationsThe skills we are looking for are:·Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred (but not required) Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracyExcellent communication and customer service skillsProficiency in hotel management systems (training provided if needed) Ability to work independently and handle overnight dutiesReliability and punctuality are essentialAbout YOTELWith 23 properties in sought-after locations globally, YOTEL is for people on the move.
